Functional Bloodwork &. Intake Form

You’ll be asked to complete our comprehensive functional bioenergetic intake form as well as provide us with current and comprehensive blood chemistry labs to help us tailor our suggestions. The blood-work can be done via your prescribing physician or ordered direct from Amenti.

Complete Functional History & Intake Review

We will spend 2 hours reviewing your comprehensive functional bioenergetic intake while diving deeper into the subjects it presents. We will also review any relevant past labs already done for your case. Giving everyone a clear understanding of where we are and how we got there.

Blood Chemistry Analysis Review

In our second 2 hour session we will interpret your blood chemistry results along with the help of a 40+ page report generated by algorithmic software that can detect nuances in lab work that no clinician can match alone. Ensuring you we have the knowledge to guide you appropriately.
